Exciting News for Our AYSO Families!

New Region Operating System for Fall 2026 AYSO Region 75

We’re launching a brand-new Region Operating System to make your AYSO experience even better. Our Region is moving to PlayMetrics, which offers an easier registration, improved communication, and a more streamlined season experience.
All registrations are now happening on PlayMetrics.

Using the PlayMetrics app on your mobile phone, you can now register, access your player’s practice and game schedules, receive real-time updates, and communicate with Region volunteers and your teams, taking our Region to the next level.

Fall Season: August - November

Regular Registration Fee: (April 1 – June 30) There will be a limited number of open spots per division based on teams allowed and volunteer certified coaches. If your child goes on the waitlist, they are NOT guaranteed to be placed on a team.

• Friday Night Lights (U5/6) - $150* per player + $25 AYSO Membership Fee = $175

• U8 - U14 - $180* per player + $25 AYSO Membership Fee = $205

• U16/19 - $160* per player + $25 AYSO Membership Fee = $185

* The $25 AYSO Membership Fee is non-refundable. This fee is collected by AYSO National to cover administrative support, training programs, and insurance, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Only see a waitlist option?

No player that registers is guaranteed to play, as this is ALWAYS based on the number of VOLUNTEER coaches that are available and maximum teams allowed for your child's division. If your child is on a waitlist, it is more than likely because we have reached the maximum number of players allowed for that division.

Volunteers

We are an all-volunteer program and depend on you to step up and help the region provide a fantastic experience for your child.

Volunteers must also register online. If you would like to volunteer for 2 or more positions, please register for each position separately.

Our region will provide training and pay for background checks for all volunteers.

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches

2026 Fall Refund Policy Region 75

FALL 2026 Refund Policy

There are NO 100 % FULL REFUNDS (see non-refundable fees below). If you register a player and then decide for any reason that the player will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

Partial refunds will be issued according to the following rules and deadlines:

Non-refundable fees:
- Once each Membership Year, a $25 National Player Fee (NPF) is charged to each player. This will show as the AYSO Membership Fee in the payment breakdown and is non-refundable.
- Every credit card transaction will have a Service Fee. This will show as Service Fee in the payment breakdown and is non-refundable.
June 30, 2026: deadline to receive a full refund minus the non-refundable fees.
July 31, 2026: deadline to receive a 50% refund minus the non-refundable fees.
NO refunds after July 31, 2026 deadline for any reason.

Only the Regional Commissioner & Registrar together may make an exception to these rules.

E-mail any refund requests to [email protected], no exceptions. Your request must include your name (original submitter of the registration), the player's name, and the player's date of birth.

Requests must be received by the deadline dates as outlined above to be processed.

Refunds will be issued as:

a credit back to the credit card used for payment
by check (to the original submitter of the registration) only if the cardholder no longer has this card or a credit back to the credit card is unable to be processed by the PlayMetrics system.
