UNIFORM GUIDELINES

When distributing uniforms to your team, the following guidelines MUST be followed:

• Line up players from smallest to tallest

• Distribute uniforms to players according to size, NOT by number preference. Uniforms are numbered in order by size (e.g., 2 is small and #10 is large)

• If the uniform is more than two sizes too small or large, notify your coach or team parent.

• Replacements will only be ordered for uniforms that exceed a two-size difference. It is pivotal that you distribute uniforms by SIZE and NOT number requests.

AYSO does NOT allow names to be put on player jerseys. Please DO NOT add their names. This is for the safety of our players.

Absolutely NO orders can be placed directly with our vendor. If there is a size issue with the jerseys (e.g., you need an adult large and that size was not ordered for the team), it is required that you follow policy and send an email with your discrepancy to the Uniform Coordinator at: [email protected]

When sending your email, please send as below:

Email Subject:  Uniforms – Team# / Gender / Division
Include in the body of the email:  Team # / Gender/ Division / Uniform # / Size you got and size you need / Coach Name
