FALL 2025 Refund Policy
There are NO FULL REFUNDS. If you register a player and then decide for any reason that the player will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. Partial refunds will be issued according to the following rules and deadlines:
- Non-refundable fees:
- Once each Membership Year, a $25 National Player Fee (NPF) is charged to each player. This will show as the AYSO Membership Fee in the payment breakdown and is non-refundable.
- Every credit card transaction will have a Sports Connect Service Fee. This will show as Service Fee in the payment breakdown and is non-refundable.
- July 3, 2025: deadline to receive a full refund minus the non-refundable fees.
- If registering and paying after July 3, 2025, there are no refunds.
Only the Regional Commissioner or Regional Registrar may make an exception to these rules.
Please e-mail any refund requests to [email protected], no exceptions. Your request must include your name, the player's name, and the player's date of birth. Requests must be received by July 3, 2025.
Refunds will be issued as a credit back to the credit card used for payment. Refunds will be issued by check (to the original submitter of the registration) only if the cardholder no longer has this card or a credit back to the credit card is unable to be processed by the Sports Connect system.
