Registration Dates and Fees for REGION 75 CORE PROGRAM and REGION 75 EXTRA/ADVANCE PLAY
Early-bird Registration Fee: (April 8 - May 12) Avoid the Waitlist! Sign-up early.
• U5 & U6: $100* per player
• U7 - U14: $175* per player
• U16 - U19: $150* per player (All players will be placed on the waitlist until there are a sufficient number of players and a coach in place).
Regular Registration Fee: (May 13 – July 1) There will be a limited number of open spots until a coach is in place, so be aware players may go on a waitlist.
• U5 & U6 - $125* per player
• U7 - U14 - $200* per player
• U16 - U19 - $175* per player (All players will be placed on the waitlist until there are a sufficient number of players and a coach in place).

*The AYSO Membership Fee of $25.00 is not included in the registration fee listed above. When registering, the $25.00 membership fee will appear on a separate line from the registration fee. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable member fee to participate in AYSO. The AYSO Membership Fee is required to be paid before a player may participate in any AYSO program or event. The fee will be charged at the time of registration. The system automatically deducts the early bird discount, if applicable. When paying, leave the Custom Deposit box empty. You will be paying the amount that shows pay in full.

Only see a waitlist option?
No player that registers is guaranteed to play, as this is ALWAYS based on the number of VOLUNTEER coaches that are available for your child's division. If your child is on a waitlist it is more than likely because there are no more coaches signed up in that division.
Add Your Player to the Waitlist
When you sign up for a waitlist, you will need to go through the entire payment process and pay a $0 balance. On the payment screen, enter $0 in the Custom Deposit box, click continue. On the next page, you have the option to donate to help players in need (goes to player's registration fees) or not. Selected your desired option and click submit order. You will receive an order confirmation email showing the $0 payment and the waitlisted program name. If you do not receive this email, your child is not on the waitlist. The shopping cart is not a waitlist.
Once we activate your player from the waitlist, you will receive an email to submit payment. Please complete payment as soon as possible or your player may be moved back to the waitlist.
Special Pass to Skip the Waitlist!
If your player is on a waitlist for their division, and if we need Head Coaches in that division, then submit your Head Coach application. After you submit an application, send an email to The Coach Administrator [email protected] and the Registrar [email protected] for instructions on how to become certified. If everything checks out, we can get your player off the waitlist immediately and assign them to your team!
AYSO Registration
Registration is completed fully online.
Returning Players and Volunteers: Do not create a new Sports Connect account if you already have a Sports Connect/Blue Sombrero account! Click “Forgot Password” if you don’t know your password. If you do create a new account, you will not be able to access Participant/Player or Volunteer information from prior year(s).
New Players and Volunteers: Please enter the parent's name in the "Create New Account" form for Sports Connect, not the player, unless the player is at least 18 years old. Please note that there should be only one account per adult. Each parent/guardian/volunteer should have their own account. You can link multiple accounts, so every parent/guardian has access to the player’s information. Learn how to add an additional account holder.
Your child is NOT registered until we verify their birth certificate.
Coaches will start contacting players at the end of July, or early August. If you do not hear from your child's coach by mid-August, please contact the registrar so they can provide you with an update regarding your child’s registration. Practices will start in August based on field and coach availability. We anticipate starting games the weekend after Labor Day.
EXTRA/Advance Play Tryouts
Any player interested in trying out for the EXTRA program, MUST sign up in Region 75's Core program. No player will be permitted to tryout if they have not signed up.
If a player is selected for an EXTRA team, all payments from the Core program will be credited to the EXTRA program payment. There will be will additional fees for the EXTRA that vary year to year.
Volunteers
We are an all-volunteer program and depend on you to step up and help the region provide a fantastic experience for your child.
Volunteers must also register online. If you would like to volunteer for 2 or more positions, please register for each position separately.
Our region will provide training and pay for background checks for all volunteers.
Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches
Please sign up as a volunteer by selecting head coach or assistant coach in the division that you wish to coach.
