The AYSO 75 Youth Referee Program is open to all players who are at least 12 years old. It provides benefits to the player, the team and the region. We will train you - for FREE. We will mentor you to assure you are comfortable and continue to learn.
Do I Train Differently Than Adult Volunteers?
No. You receive the same training as adult volunteers. Check out the Referee Training and Certification page for upcoming classes.
What Age Group Games Can I Ref?
Youth Referees are only allowed to ref games for players who are at least 2 years younger than they are. So for example, if you're 12 years old, you can referee 10U, 8U and 6U games.
