VOLUNTEER REFEREE

We all want our youth soccer matches to be played in a safe, fun, fair environment.
Making that happen is what being an AYSO referee is all about.

Want to be a better referee?
Take an upgrade class. The more you know the better you will be on the field,
and the better the game will be for the kids.
And you'll have more fun, too.

Not ready to upgrade? Don't worry. Taking the class helps you get ready and you will learn a lot
even if you don't complete the upgrade immediately.

The National, Advanced and Intermediate referee badge upgrade classes are open to all AYSO volunteers who currently hold Advanced, Intermediate (Area), or Regional referee badges, respectively. The National Referee and the Advanced Referee courses will also offer the Referee Fitness Test.

Senior Referees: please exercise your leadership and encourage less experienced refs to take a class.

Intermediate and Advanced Referee Training Course
