Week One
TRFC Strikers opened the season with a strenuos 30 minute workout this morning prior to the game. Coach Sean and several parents assisted the Strikers with rigorous drills such as the "out of control popcorn machine," "red light green light," "freeze tag" and "moving soccer goalies." After the drills, the Strikers quickly hydrated and pursued the field with great energy. The entire team showed great ball handling and were attacking the ball like "pros" during the game. TRFC Strikers will be back next weekend for another day of fun.
